Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Developer you are responsible for implementing visual elements that are that our client’s and our own users see and interact within a web application.
You leverage your expertise in HTML, CSS and jQuery to develop effective user interfaces that translate mock-ups into seamless web pages with perfect visual and functional elements. You provide architecture guidelines, select tools, and set internal standards for creating web apps. You will take the lead in solving challenging user experience problems and have an important voice in the product & software design process.
This role works cross-functionally with our development and Creative teams. You bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. You are responsible for creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make our website more visually appealing. Senior Front-End-Developer thrives in an environment of daily critical thinking and has the ability to source relevant information to complete projects. They are highly organized and able to prioritize multiple, competing deadlines, communicate clearly, and effectively with our clients and team.
You have at least eight to ten years of experience in a front-end role, and a wealth of knowledge and experience building UIs.
Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company and our clients website pages renders across multiple devices
Create exceptionally designed web content to enhance and improve user experience
Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface
Increase the ease of use of our applications assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Build high-quality mock-ups and design different prototypes
Communicate progress with internal and external clients
Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment
Proactively identify new opportunities to broaden skillset and knowledge in emerging technologies and products
Find solutions to new daily challenges
Measure and report out the effectiveness of various programs/tasks
Collaborate with our team including our back-end developers and web designers
Write functional documents and specifications

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least six years experience in front-end web development
Must have Experienced on Asp.net MVC
Minimum 6+ years experience in common web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop & Illustrator
Experience working around ASP.NET & .NET CORE based web applications
Expert understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery & VueJS
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Wealth of knowledge in web development tools and programming languages
Experience with back-end development a plus
Experience working with dashboard/SaaS type UI and UX
Experience building UIs
