Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Schedule meetings and conference rooms
Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.
Update meeting calendars.
Schedule follow-up meetings
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
Help make travel arrangements and provide any other administrative help as in when required.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualifications will be a plus
