Purpose of the Job
Maintain the front office with cosy ambiance & greeting the guests, answering phone calls to assist the enquires regarding therapy services and booking all appointments.
Job Responsibilities
1. Welcomes and greets all Guests/Program participants and visitors, in person or over the phone 2. Answers the email & phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette 3. Accurately book, change and cancel therapy appointments & record the same 4. Registers new Guests/Program participants and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal information 5. Filing & Maintaining patient records 6. Making reminder calls for appointments booked 7. Assist the guests in the payment process in accordance with company policy (cash, credit card and credit transactions) 8. Provide detailed descriptions of therapy treatments, packages, services, facility features and duration. 9. Maintain a program brochure & upcoming program details at the front desk. 10. Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with organization policy 11. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
Required Competencies
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
Skill Competencies : 1. Proven work experience as a Front desk or Reception 2. Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures 3. Proficiency in English (oral and written). Proficiency in any additional languages will be added advantage 4. Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word 6. Excellent communication and people skills 7. Good organizational and multitasking abilities 8. Problem-solving skills 9. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. 10. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
