Job Description :
Front Office Executive required for a Real Estate firm located in Kharghar.
Job Profile :

  1. Should be a graduate in any discipline and have one to Two years’ experience in front desk management or reception
  2. Serving on the front lines of Front Desk & customer service
  3. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution
  4. Maintaining and updating records and database are also part of your basic daily routine
  5. These include telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts
  6. General Admin activities and other help desk tasks
  7. Working in compliance with our regulations
  8. Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is also vital for this role. Familiar with occupational safety requirements matched with strong computer literacy and the ability to manage activities using different systems
  9. A strong customer service focus is a pre-requisite of this job. Must have unmatched people skills that can help you ease your interactions with a wide range of client staff regardless of their level and their demands
  10. An outstanding multitasking talent also provides a perfect complement to your skill set

Job Duties and Resposibilities :
a) Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
b) Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary Stationary material
c) Monitor office expenses and costs
d) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
e) Strong communication and people skills
f) Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
g) Familiarity with office machines (e.g., printer etc.)
