1. To Fill Front Office Operational Forms and Report on Time.
2. To Perform Checkin and Checkout timely
3. To Check Arrival and update rooming as per Manager Report.
4. To Check reservations and Update in the PMS.
5. To Handle Phone at Reception and handle and respond Customer queries.
6. To maintain work place hygiene
Growth and Development Responsibilities:
1. To perform all operational Task and reports on time.
2. To attend Training and Complete certification to improve efficiency and quality.
