Take complete ownership of the admin / front desk responsibility by executing corresponding business activities
Potential customer interaction over phone / email to clearly communicate Emertxe s educational offerings and providing clarifications as required Regular and meticulous maintenance of databases and ability to work on business targets in terms of numbers, metrics and direct revenue conversion Take up company internal administration activities like fee collection, vendor & facility communication / management with meticulous follow-up of tasks Facilitate senior management in terms of specific requests like customer meeting by taking care of complete logistics activities Answer External and Internal calls for requests for information and assist callers by determining nature of business involved Administration and book keeping Inventory Management, Voucher entries, Vendor interfacing with prompt follow-ups Experience 2 to 5 years preferred, more experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: Any Degree
Skillsets: Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk and administration responsibilities or Excellent Exp in BPO (Voice) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Working knowledge of MS Excel Handling outbound marketing Phone-calls, Emails, Leads, Follow-ups would be a plus Previous experience in training institute / education industry would be a plus
