Salary & Wages Preparation & Distribution

  • To Collect data’s related to Salary & Wages preparation and send inputs to outsources agency regarding salary processing by 24th of every month.
  • To sort out all kinds of queries regarding salary & Wages details in order to ensure total internal customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve queries regarding loan, advances, and other matters related to salary & wages of employees.
  • To check dependents entitlement, Taxable or Non Taxable LTA & Medical and payment with salary.
  • To ensure pay slip distribution to employees not having access to emails
  • To ensure proper full & final settlement of separating employees
  • To provide & get settlement money for transferring employees by coordinating with host/parent unit
  • To get the salary JV from partners and post it timely
  • To do reconciliations every month and provide input to accounts
  • Handling employee loan related activities and coordinating with accounts for disbursement.
  • To ensure compliances to all laid down policies, processes and procedure pertaining to payroll.

Establishment Management

  • Maintaining the personal file of workmen
  • Need basis conducting recod verification of old employees

MIS & Budgeting

  • Preparing and submitting various MIS like daily, monthly CHRO MIS, Quarterly etc..
  • Updating Leave data in LMS & Poornata

Statutory compliance, Audits, and Government Liaison

  • PF & Pension Settlement, Super-Annuation , Monthly PF Returns submission,
  • Ensure timely applications and renewal of licenses and registrations, minimizing instances of delays in these submissions.
  • Ensure timely submissions of all returns.

Qualifications:
Diploma in HRD&M,Post Graduate Diploma,Master in Human Resource Mgmt
Minimum Experience Level:
3-7 Years
