Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role:
– Installation and configuration of Graphics Softwares
– Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
– Exposure working for an IT companies under remote service desk/technical support
– Provide support to customers via phone, email and/or remote access
– Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
– Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
– Documents cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system, takes ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers
