Administration tasks required ( Shell / Python) Knowledge of networking concepts Routers, switches and configuring minimal firewall settings
Good knowledge on processes through e- mails and tickets handling
Good communication skills through E- mails and on Ticket resolutions Additional Skills
Basic knowledge of Cloud computing ( AWS / Openstack / Microsoft Azure )
Hands on experience on Oracle DB / MySQL /
Must have minimum support of L1 and above level
RHCE/ RHCT/ CCNA Certifications are added advantage
