FP&A Analyst – Senior ManagerJob Description
Work Experience:
12+ years of progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financial control, within an international environment.
Responsibilities :
(1) Providing actionable insights on various components of CONQ
(2) Understanding the controllable CONQ
(3) Business partnering with Factory/DC FBP, SCM managers, Demand/Sales planners teams to identify and fix issues at root cause by Problem-solving using LEAN methods
(4) Contribute, Facilitate, enable, Co-ordinate, Drive all business efforts to achieve sustainable CONQ reduction targets in phases
(5)Stakeholder management: Stakeholders from finance & non finance- Understanding their expectations and delivering their needs on the M cost/CONQ elements.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualified CA/CMA/MBA finance professional with at least 11 years of FP&A experience
- Working experience in PMA & EFR (AFO & SQL Cubes)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle huge/Big data and digest complex information
- Number crunching ability – grip of numbers
