Responsibility
End-user facing expertise in providing support for hardware and software issues within end-user computer systems including PCs and Macs, Chrome boxes, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
Providing end-user software and hardware Level I and II support in-person or over the phone utilizing a centralized
knowledge base and ticketing system Applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Imaging and upgrading devices while safeguarding customer les and proles;
also testing laptop and desktop computer images Respond to end-user product related questions for all supported hardware, software and applications Capable of engaging engineers from multiple teams to troubleshoot issues Basic knowledge of networking and Cisco routers and switches
