Job Description:
Role – Payroll Processing / Accounting / MIS Reports /Compensation/ Poornata Leave Management/ Statutory Compliance related to, TDS, PF,ESIC & Prof.Tax
Salary /MIS/Statutory Compliance

  1. Payroll processing for Management and Non-Management Staff.
  2. Poornata – Compensation & Leave data maintenance
  3. Salary & Wage Accounting
  4. Full and final settlement of out going employees
  5. Statutory compliance related to Income Tax, Provident Fund / EPS, Prof.Tax and ESIC – Recovery, Remittance, submission of returns and reports
  6. Superannuation Scheme – Enrolment, Contribution remittance & settlement
  7. NPS-Enrolment, Contribution Remittance & Settlement
  8. To prepare MIS & Other Reports related to Manpower & Compensation
  9. To provide support to SH-Time Office & Payroll in other activities of the department.

Qualifications:
Master Of Commerce,Master of Business Admin
Minimum Experience Level:
7-10 Years
