Salary /MIS/Statutory Compliance
- Payroll processing for Management and Non-Management Staff.
- Poornata – Compensation & Leave data maintenance
- Salary & Wage Accounting
- Full and final settlement of out going employees
- Statutory compliance related to Income Tax, Provident Fund / EPS, Prof.Tax and ESIC – Recovery, Remittance, submission of returns and reports
- Superannuation Scheme – Enrolment, Contribution remittance & settlement
- NPS-Enrolment, Contribution Remittance & Settlement
- To prepare MIS & Other Reports related to Manpower & Compensation
- To provide support to SH-Time Office & Payroll in other activities of the department.
Qualifications:
Master Of Commerce,Master of Business Admin
Minimum Experience Level:
7-10 Years
