Financial Reporting / Controllership Job For 1-4 Year Exp In Maven Workforce Private Limited Bengaluru / Bangalore – 1436907

• Support statutory annual close across multiple legal entities with relevant submissions to local statutory bodies. Ensure all financial statements are accurate and complete.
• Supporting various audits (internal and external) by timely preparation of all schedules, providing evidences for audit samples and other audit requirements . Track all audit observations and ensure timely closure.
• Monthly accounting in strict adherence to month close calendar, account reconciliation, etc. Working with other process areas such as AP, AR, GL to resolve accounting issues
• Support group consolidation involving multiple legal entities and multiple currencies.
• Tax compliance including periodic tax returns, tax reporting, support for tax audits, transfer pricing , etc
• Strict adherence to requirements related to SOX controls and other internal controls.
• Take active role in any projects initiated within the function.

Requirements-

• Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Experience in statutory financial statement preparation, audits, Tax filings, Transfer Pricing, etc
