Job Description:
This role of Analyst will support the enrollment of suppliers into Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs globally. Key activities include supplier documentation management and coordination of the supplier setup in our platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of product documentation, web-based solutions and operational aspects.
This position of Global Trade Middle Office Analyst will be based in Mumbai.
You’ll make an impact by

  • Develop deep market, company and product knowledge across industries
  • Manage Legal agreements and documentation for suppliers joining SCF programs, including internal approvals for negotiated documents
  • Manage supplier due diligence process
  • Coordinate supplier setup in systems and platforms
  • Supplier pipeline tracker maintenance and periodic enrollment status reporting
  • Perform monitoring of supplier limit utilization and related control processes
  • Collaborating in a team environment, contributing to the overall goals of the firm
  • Fostering good communications with colleagues globally
  • Clearly communicating in written and oral forms including presentations
  • Building your network across the firm including peers, mentors and senior executives

General requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of corporate experience
  • Experience in Trade Finance products will be added advantage
  • Strong desire to learn all aspects of trade and supply chain finance products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Self-directed, highly motivated
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and can do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meeting tight deadlines
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently across the organization, cross–functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
