- Job Responsibilities and Scope :
- As part of the Labor planning process,follow-up with various Dept Heads /hiring managers for Open, Filled and Terminated positions.Primary source data – WD reports
- Review open positions and update the same in Workforce along with TBH data and other Load adjustments
- Reconcile different systems with Offline Model (example u2013 Workday, Workforce, BUC, Payroll Data)
- Work with the Controllers and Segmentaccounting team and provide Plan vs. Forecast vs. Actual Variance Analysis with detailed commentaries.
- As part of the Annual budgeting exercise,support the BUFLu2019s in the Budget workings and loading the same in WF and HFM
- Detailed bottoms up forecasting and analysiscovering entire Compensation Total (Basic wages, T&B, Bonus etc.) includingWage layers to find out voluntary and involuntary attrition savings.
- Wage waterfalls, tracked Hiring details/action items with BUFLs so as to meet the cost savings target.
- Load final monthly forecast data into HFM (budgeting and forecasting tool).
- Investigating queries from business unit finance leaders
- Perform other special projects & ad-hoc requests as needed
- Ensure monthly reporting activities are completed on time
