ROLE SUMMARY
Examines, verifies and analyzes business records and transactions concerning financial status and operating procedures. Administers internal organizational budgets and prepares fiscal forecasts based on historical costs. Prepares and analyzes costs of operations. Performs traditional general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Monitors and controls various cash flows and procedures including domestic and international banking accounts and long and short-term debt and investment management.What You Will Achieve
This is a role that requires financial expertise to undertake economic research and study the prevalent rates of return, depreciation, working capital and investment of various entities in the income statement to analyze the profit and loss statements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of finance and accounting, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely accurate preparation of monthly financial statement for the respective business units.
- Preparation and presentation of MIS and Mgt dashboard to the leadership team.
- Coordinate with Business partners for preparation of quarterly forecast and Annual operating Plan.
- Monitors and controls various cash flows procedures including domestic and international and long and short-term debt and investment management.
- Ensures statutory Compliance of RBI/ DOP/ FEMA requirements.
- Responsible for month end reporting for Global functions and PGS JV partner
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Chartered Accountant / Cost accountant / MBA from reputed Institute
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience.
Working experience in manufacturing entity would be added advantage.
