Headquartered in Belgium, Domo Chemicalshas operations in North America, Europe and Asia.Recognized as a leader in nylon 6 neat resins, engineering polymers and BOPAfilm we offer a competitive salary, incentive and benefit plan.As Finance & Accounts Manager this position encompasses the lead financialrole in India and is responsible for financial statement compilation, reviewcertain month-end close processes, account reconciliations, organization ofand participation in internal and external audits, enforcing departmentaccounting policies as well as certain plant controller functions, such ascost accounting, inventory management and working capital controls as well asbudgeting, cash flow projections, and project financing management.This position will report to the global Business Unit Controller and dottedline to the local and regional management team.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for proper local accounting and controlling processes, inclusive monthly, quarterly and year end closing * Management Reporting (actuals, forecast, budget), fulfill Business Unit and Corporate reporting guidelines * Managing intercompany-relations und interfaces to other functions * Responsible for External Reporting * Support of Sales and general management – responsible for Internal Reporting as Product Costing and Controlling, Sales Controlling and Margin Analysis, Cost Center Controlling * Process improvements – accounting, controlling, administration, IT-system landscape * . Co-ordination with consultants for Statutory compliance under a. GSTb. Income Taxc. eTDS returnsd. ROC / FEMA * Performs other special projects as needed**REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or other related discipline * MBA in Finance preferred. * CPA designation preferred * 8+ years accounting/finance experience preferably in a multinational environment. * Fluent in English * Proficiency with SAP, Business Intelligence and office software * Willingness to travel abroad from time to time * Highly detail oriented and organized in work * Ability to meet assigned deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage time and prioritize objectives that need to be accomplished * Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results * Ability to translate financial focus into business support for the general manager
