Preferred Qualifications
This role is to manage the finance team supporting GBU Line of Business at GBF Bangalore. Looking for someone who has knowledge of Business finance activities like forecasting, Budgeting (both Revenue, Expenses and headcount). Knowledge of business like Cloud, Support, Hardware is a must. The candidate should have demonstrated his ability to work under high pressure. Previous experience supporting top Finance/Business management is essential. The candidate will also be expected to enhance and establish current processes and reporting capabilities. This is a managerial position and hence would require the candidate to have handled people management role previously.
Good communication – should be able to drive conference calls and make presentations to Senior Management/ Exec.
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word %26amp; Power point). This is a night shift position. Candidates willing to work in this shift only need to apply.

Serves as a financial advisor and business partner in managing the activities of the financial analyst staff. Ensures that global business processes and practices are followed in providing accurate financial analysis in support of Oracle%27s business to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. Manages a professional staff.
As a member of Oracle%27s finance organization, you will manage the finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes. Your will prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitor divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets. Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations. Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage processes, and identify cross-functional issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired.
