About Team: You will be part of Laboratory Solutions India Finance team and you will be closely working with business leaders in partnering to drive business strategies, helping with data analytics, support commercial leaders in navigating through complexity to take sound business decisions. You will also be deeply involved into periodic reporting, and you will actively contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to provide better visibility on business performance and profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
Business Partnering

  • Be nimble in supporting finance and business leaders to drive business requirements and business expansion ideas
  • Get involved in reviewing sales performance and analysis, market analysis, channel performance and analyzing profitability
  • Collecting, analyzing and modelling information for management decision making
  • Provide recommendations to drive revenue and profitability improvement and support cost reduction actions as needed
  • Understand the business dynamics and is able to manage stakeholder requirements
  • Drive process improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned. Ad Hoc projects, reviews

Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Involved in management reporting requirement including monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Provide analysis for proper annual and strategic planning
  • Ensure effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key business metrics
  • Support the Commercial team in preparing presentations and review documents for leadership team meetings
  • Actively support the development of a new tools, dashboards and partnering with Business Intelligence team

Candidate Requirement:
Education & Experience levels:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with CA preferred. Candidates with MBA Finance (or equivalent masters degree) with experience in FP&A are welcome.
  • Overall experience of 8 to 12 years with minimum 5 years relevant experience (financial partnering / data analytics)
  • Agile learner with large data sets, adaptable to multiple systems and tools, hunger for learning and streamlining processes
  • Smart analysis with data and providing results/findings to business leaders for effective strategy implementation
  • Corporate Data Marts, Sales Data Warehouse, Power BI or Cognos experience, SAP.
