This exciting role offers opportunity to:
1. Business Financial:

  • Advise and counsel CPQ business leader on financial implications of commercial strategies, cost margin controls, process improvements, business actions and decisions.
  • Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret financial forecasts and commercial results.
  • Effectively communicate results at all levels of the organization and recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable results.
  • Ensure all finance responsibilities are defined and clearly communicated throughout the organization, development and deployment of standard work.
  • Engage in a work environment that encourages collaboration, individual career development and growth.

2. Financial Analysis:

  • Fully incharge of CPQ monthly closing and forecasts, profit plans, strategic plans and provide quality and insightful commentaries and analyses for the organization.
  • Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reporting prepared for the organization.
  • Monitor CPQ closing and within budget spending. Ensure the integrity of the monthly account reconciliation.

3. Accounting & Compliance:

  • Cooperate with local plant teams to interpret, implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Establish monitor and maintain a system of internal controls that safeguards company assets and provides for integrity and accuracy of financial transactions and activities. Working knowledge of employed ERP system and SOX requirements.
  • Monitor credit control and collection process and ensure all accounts are kept in good standing, ensure proper credit reviews are performed on all major accounts, able to balance credit risk vs business push for more billings.

4. Others assigned work.

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
  • 3-5 years of finance experience in multinational MNC company
  • Good English communication skill
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Passionate driving result; Cross-function work; Adapt changing
