Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager Responsibilities: Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop relevant deliverables Review models using proprietary software (mechanical checks) and provide feedback to clients on findings Review client models analytically and commercially to ensure that the models are fit for desired purpose Verify that models comply with project documentations and data books Develop models (including integrated P&L, cash flow and balance sheet models) from the beginning Amend models developed by staff or by third parties Carry out analysis on the basis of models output Document the operation of models and findings Carry out testing of models as per quality control procedures summarizing and analysing financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows). Desired Skills: A excellent knowledge of concepts related to accounting, financial statements and financial analysis Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel (including formulae and creating macros) Exposure to VB would be an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build effective networks internally and externally Strong communication skills in English Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the global teams. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
