JOB ROLE
• Managing the Office Infrastructure and Assets of the company at various locations. To keep in track of asset movements.
• Managing the Office operations & support required to employees, visitors and the management.
• Monitoring House Keeping & Cleanliness of the Office.
• Managing of utility bills for Office and all locations.
• Managing the Telephone, Internet, CCTV, EPBX and other communication systems of office and outlets.
• Managing the repair & Maintenance of Equipment’s & facilities at office and outlets, in proper coordination with the Ops team, by ensuring proper liaison with technicians via AMC, independent jobs.
• Managing all license related works of Office and outlets like Shop Act, FSSAI, Metrological Licenses and deal with Local administration.
• Managing the Travel requirements at Office.
• Managing the courier requirements at Office.
• Sourcing and providing Supplies for Outlets & office in terms of House Keeping, Pantry Requirements & Stationeries.
• Ordering and Issue of Regular Packaging materials for all outlets.
• Collating attendance from various departments and sharing with HO.
• Any other special requirements that comes under office administration.
