F&A Operation Leaders Candidate Expectation Leaders from TIER 1 BPOs preferably from third Party or having majority experience from leader 3rd party BPOs preferred. Strong F&A Delivery leaders across PTP, OTC or RTR or expert area in any one tower completely. Good people management and client interfacing skills, Strong Transformation and Solution Design Experience will be of Key expectation. Open to Working in Shifts Including Night shifts Exceptionally good COmmunication skills. Able to articulate and Communicate well. Job role: Delivery leader will be responsible to seamless operations delivery managing complete client interface. Participate in critical transformation projects. Identify Operations Improvments opportunities and drive process excellence as a part of his/her delivery portfolio. An account manager strong in account mining and Farming, providing advisory support in critical solutions to be designed.
