Extremely good understanding of Support Onboarding, Service Transition. Clearly understands Design, Development & Deployment lifecycle and understands how to ensure supportability readiness & gate keeping activities before move to production.
Foundational or expert knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Primarily for Release, Change, Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Config Mgmt.
Possess creative ability, consulting skills, self-starter qualities, credibility and self-confidence. Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
Researches, designs, develops operates and maintains support services for existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements per standard company IT process methodology (such as ITIL and ITSM).
Tools:
ServiceNow, HPSM or any Other Service Management Tools.
Jenkins, Nagios, GitHub
SDLCM or Software Development Lifecycle tool experience or DevOps methodology hands on experience.
