Customer Relationship Management – CRM
Responsibilities
- Taking a innovative role in coordinating and collecting debts of debtors,
- Ensuring timely payment follow ups with Customers, based on mutually agreed payment terms,
- Meet collection (Monthly & Yearly) Targets set by the management,
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales,
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity,
- Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
- Handle disputed bills by getting the resolutions within the internal team, to bring payment within the agreed terms,
- Respond promptly and completely to both customers and internal enquiries,
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices and Credit Notes,
- Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables,
- Periodical Reconciliation of Customer’s ledgers,
- Checking and posting of receipts from customers within the reporting system.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
Qualifications
- Required Graduation in Commerce
Competencies
- The role of the Credit control executive is of highly collaborative.
- The Credit Control Executive works closely with various departments in the business, inclusive of the senior management and key stakeholders in an effort to have a better cash flow which will assist in better cash management.
- Need to be focused to have cross functional meetings to understand the issues raised by customers and be innovative in communicating to the customer.
