JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSBILITIES
This will be an India focussed role and the hire will be responsible for managing all OCE and related philanthropic programs in India, including but not limited to 10,000 Women:
Program Management:
- Manage India based programs, including the CSR strategy, ensuring they are best in class
- Develop and execute new innovative and strategic initiatives as needed
- Manage engagement with the Goldman Sachs Foundation
- Represent OCE on the India Strategic Philanthropy Council
- Create and manage employee engagement opportunities
- Manage internal and external stakeholders at the highest level
Thought Leadership, Communication and Events:
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy for OCE in India
- Develop and execute high profile events for OCE programs
- Engage and manage core internal and external stakeholders as part of overall thought leadership and program management strategy
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience plus Bachelor’s degree
- Proven project management skills, with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and complete attention to detail
- Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
- Keen problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and effective team player, working closely with colleagues in different time zones and from different teams
- Experience in working across global stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
