EXECUTIVE Finance Job Description: To prepare receipt & payment voucher both Cash & Bank Responsible for DCR summary compilation. Distributors deduction. MIS reports. Debit the expense to each dept. as per the expenditure & Budgets. Debtors analysis Ledger preparation. TDS, Bank reconciliation, PT payment, ESIC. Maintenance; of all the bills & records. Handle Licenses. Responsible for Repair & Maintenance statements. Responsible for Credit card statement, Complimentary Statements. To attend the Auditors. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time. Candidate expectation: Finance graduate with 4+ years of experience into Hotel, Retail or QSR chain Should be strong in finance transaction, petty cash management, salary handling. Kannada speaking is mandatory
