The Job
In this Executive Assistant role, you will be the primary point of contact among executive, employees, clients and other external partners. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, support the senior-level managers and provide personalised and timely support to executive members.
You will also be responsible for :
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executive calendars to set up meetings
Handling travel and accommodation arrangements
Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff
Formatting information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations and reports
Taking minutes during meetings
Screening, directing pone calls and distributing correspondence
Organising and maintaining the office filing system
The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services, Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Aviation ,Transport & Logistics industry.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
