Providing Executive Support to Management team
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Provide support to the Management team for their day-to-day business needs (e.g., gathering background information, researching issues, preparing executive summaries and other materials, coordinating with other departments to secure materials requested etc.)
Maintaining appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences etc.
Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
Assisting the team and the MD for their international travel from ticket booking to visa stamping (includes collection of required documents, checking its accuracy, calling for Forex advance and co-ordinating with concerned people for travel insurance etc. and any other requirement for their travel.
Making travel bookings & other related arrangements including reimbursement of expenses
Monitoring, screening, responding to and distributing incoming communications
Scheduling team meetings
