The candidate will manage the regular roles and responsibility of an Executive Assistant, which includes:
a. Supporting a couple of Senior stakeholders within the Organisation
b. Scheduling Internal & External meetings
c. Manage extensive travel arrangements for the Executive (Air, Hotel & Car bookings)
d. Manage the entry passes/ permissions to the client location (factory or office)
e. Support the Executive in Coordination/Correspondence in project related work
f. Manage general administrative activities of projects as and when required
g. Expense Management
h. Time sheet Management
i. Database Management (filing of documents/reports)
Skills Profile
Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professionalism and maturity
Ability to work independently and establish personal work flow patterns
Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive in recognizing and anticipating needs of the Executive
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to establish relationships with administrative personnel within the firm
