Job Description:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing operational and logisitics for different activities like Calendar Management, Travel management etc.
The role reports to Senior leadership level and also requires for the professional to create a rapport with the leaders and their direct reports, along with gaining business intelligence for their units.
Roles & Responsibillities

  • Access to schedule/accept/decline meetings on leader’s behalf
  • Understand Stakeholders priority to manage meeting list accordingly
  • Attend meetings, take MoM & manage follow up activities/meetings
  • Managing meetings and stakeholders when is leader is OOO
  • Coordinate for visa application and booking of domestic/international tickets, accommodation and conveyance
  • Arrange for international calling card, forex cash, S-badge & transportation
  • Expense Management for Travel and other activities within the leaders’s organization
  • Point of Contact for HR and Talent Acquisition processes:
  • Schedule calibration, appraisals & mentoring meetings
  • Provide interview slots for lateral hiring
  • Collate and submit monthly and quarterly awards
  • Manage HR Tasks like Role Change, Salary change on the System on behalf of leaders
  • Managing new-hire joining (Raising Day 1 requests, Space allocation etc.)
  • Managing data on Tools/Systems on behalf of leaders
  • Program managing Town Halls, Team Lunches and Fun activities (Especially in Virtual medium)

Requirements

  • 0.6 – 3 Years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases/job boards etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources Management or equivalent
