JD for Executive Assistant for Head of Sales and CEO:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• reporting directly to the Business head , the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
• Support in general Business and Performance Management Processes
• Assist the roll-out and implementation of the Regional Strategy , Sales and Business Development Initiatives and monitor progress
• Manage internal and external projects and workflows with timely updates and reporting
• Help in creating high-quality, high value-added reports in collecting and assessing details & results once they are in place
• Anyone who enjoys working on data analytics or is interested in studying various market patterns will definitely suit the role.
• A strong inclination towards technology and automation is required.
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments on business performance
• Collect best practice examples for continuous improvement
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Data business analysis sales and revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA with 0-4 Year of Work Experience
• Candidate should be based in Hyderabad and Should Be proficient in English and Telugu
• A strong inclination towards technology and automation is required.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• High Level of co-ordination competency, time line management of complex task.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels
• Communication skills, written/verbal
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary:
Min 2,50,000 to 5,00,000 Max
