Micron is seeking an experienced Admin that can be responsible for working under the supervision of the Site IT Hyderabad Admin to ensure team members administrative needs are effieciently handled.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Plan and co-ordinate the IT Directors travel plans and trips
- Manage Director’s Calendar across 7 group companies internal stakeholders & External clients
- Respond to management and team member inquiries
- Assist with scheduling and calendar invites for leadership activities
- Maintain extreme confidentiality around sensitive data, reports and meetings
- Work as an ambassador/representative from the MD’s office for good workplace initiative
- Manage multiple meetings in multiple meeting rooms while the CMD is trying to accommodate meetings simultaneously in his busy schedule.
- Prepare, gather and proof briefing materials, agendas and decks for all executive level meetings
- Create, verify and submit expense reports for MD
- Develop and maintain alert systems for upcoming deadlines on incoming requests, projects and events
- Distribute company-wide announcements, book conference rooms before any management meeting
Professional Experience/Skills Required
- 4+ years as a executive assistant for any Director/VP/MD’s
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
