Manage Soft services as Housekeeping, carpentry plumbing, painting, help desk services, pest control effectively within and around the building.
Access control
Cafeteria management
Electromechanical maintenance
Telecommunication management
Generation of Daily/ Weekly Monthly reports.
Infrastructure management
Vendor management
Coordination with Travel agency for cab bookings and reporting
Operate within the budget.
Asset Management
Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
Office Stationery Management
Experience in handling EHS (Environment Health Safety)
Guest Management
Front office management
Willingness to learn
Capable to deal with Govt. Agencies and local authorities
Good knowledge on facilities such DG, UPS, Air conditioning, Access Control, CCTV etc.
