Overall 5 – 8 years of experience in ETL testing.
Should possess the ability to understand business requirements, data models and mapping documents.
Should have strong experience of SQL, PL/SQL technologies & UNIX shell scripting.
Should have knowledge on ETL tools like Informatica, AWS / Azure Data Pipelines. Teradata, Datastage, etc.
Design test cases using SQL queries, stored procedures, test source data extraction, business transformation logic and target table loading.
Should have experience in developing SQL scripts to validate the databases tables and reports data for backend database testing.
Execute test scripts/scenarios, regression tests and smoke scripts, from Source Application/DB to Data Warehouse.
Identify, troubleshoot and provide solutions for potential issues.
Should have hands-on on any of the ticketing tools preferably JIRA.
Should have experience working in Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.) environments.
Should have familiarity with Agile Working model.
