Role Responsibilities:
• Must be willing to work in shifts (timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST.)
• Administer & maintenance of master data, user access controls etc
• Interact with application vendor in case of application malfunctions and changing the application configuration, managing upgrades / new releases
• Works with End Users to review the change requests / enhancement requests, performs technical feasibility study, recommends tech solution and implement approved enhancements, works with end users on UAT, moves into production, adhering to IS policies of change management
• Leads the changes to applications as new features are added related to development, testing, UAT and deployment to production based on business requirement. Enhancements includes workflow / process changes, scripting etc.
• Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and configuration.
Candidate Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in L3/L4 Operations and Support for ERP in Production Environment
• Strong experience in Troubleshooting and have experience supporting applications
• Strong experience supporting large application with 100’s of integration
• Strong experience in Unix, SQL and Scripting
• Specialists accustomed to work with production sensitive environments
• Excellent Written and Oral Skills
• Strong Commitment
• Availability to be on-call and be able to work sometime during weekends and month ends is a must in this role
