Job Description: 10+ years of experience in on-premise application (PeopleSoft / Oracle EBS) – Implementation & Support (HCM modules) projects and minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud – Implementation projects. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – support project. Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – Benefits & Compensation modules, AP / AR/ GL
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in on-premise application (PeopleSoft / Oracle EBS) Implementation & Support projects (HCM modules)
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project including 1+ years of experience in Interface development project
* Should have played the role of Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant for Benefits & Compensation modules
* Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud application
* Should be a hands-on person who owns and delivers project deliverables (Functional deliverables)
* Experience in entire support life cycle activities
* Should have experience in Onsite – Offshore model with a team of 6 or more
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with project stakeholders (end users + project management team + senior management team) on a regular basis
* Should possess good documentation skill to prepare the project deliverables
* Provide input on best practices to clients on Oracle cloud application solution, best practices and its utilization to effectively address the project requirements
* Experience in management activities: Tracking & Monitoring & Reporting (Tickets and SLAs)
* Timely communication on identified risks and mitigation plan, reporting the progress
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence
