Our Finance team based in Bengaluru work to deliver GSK’s strategic global initiatives and help enable transformation projects including SAP deployments for new markets. This role is a key member of a new geographically aligned team of ERP analysts whose responsibility will be to support users on GSK’s global ERP system to have the right access to the right modules which ensures they can do their job.
In this role you will be responsible for provisioning access to new starters and movers across the relevant ERP modules, coordinating required learnings with the market training plan to effectively and quickly bring users on board. Manage leavers and any required changes according to the ERP market leavers process.
Key deliverables:
- Process access requests submitted via online form.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Daily follow up on open requests.
- Respond to email messages for users seeking help.
- Ask questions and engage with users to determine nature of access issues.
- Walk users through problem-solving process.
- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Escalate advanced requests to higher levels of support.
- Achieve KPI Measures for performance
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
We would like to speak to you if you have these experience and skills
- Understanding of SAP GRC module with strong skills in data and reporting.
- Fair understanding of SAP modules and how business processes are aligned to SAP.
- Should have previously performed an I.T analyst or SAP specialist role in a support function or in a market
- Possess the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills & cultural awareness and the ability to explain technical terms in a way a business user can understand.
