Job Description: ROLE : EPPM Developer
Job Responsibilities & Authority
1. Work on the Change requests (CR) in the EPPM applications and Periodic release of CR’s based on the development activities
2. Work closely with the system testing team and the system integration specialist
3. Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
4. Developing existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification

Technical Skills
1. Work in the development activities using HP EPPM
2. Sound overall knowledge of HP EPPM, coding standards, version control, continuous Integration methodologies and industry best practices
3. Knowledge of webservice concepts like SOAP APIs and REST APIs, Call Outs, and Outbound messaging
4. Use the knowledge of agile concepts in the development activities
6. System testing experience
7. Experience of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Soft Skills
1) Good communication (both written and spoken), negotiation and presentation skills

2) Anticipates objections, builds on other people’s ideas, and improves service standards
To Summarize –
1. Good hands-on development experience on HPPPM with User Administration, Time Management, Demand Management, Project Management, Deployment Management , Portfolio Management, Program Management, Resource Management, Financial Management
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Must have at least 2 to 4 years of HP PPM developer experience
4. Good to have knowledge and experience on integration concepts SOAP APIs and REST APIs, Call Outs, and Outbound messaging, agile concepts.

Primary Skills(Must to have, restricting to 2 skills)
Microfocus PPPM Application experience (as a developer )

Secondary Skills (Good to have)
SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Java, Remedy,Knowledge of ITIL and tools like Jira/Jama
