Your responsibilities include:

  • Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify areas getting impacted by the proposed business change and define business requirements for impacted FTB systems
  • Run/ assist process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify & prioritize operational improvement opportunities
  • Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and operational improvement solutions
  • Communicates clearly with all business partners and demonstrates an understanding of the processes and related issues.
  • Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
  • Assist in translating requirements, use cases into test conditions, and expected results for integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Responsible from development of concept to implementation of sound, client-focused and value-adding capabilities
  • Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
  • Identify, manage and report where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
  • Seek to ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
