Engineer DB Development: (3 – 5 Years of Experience).
Primary/Mandatory Skills:
a. Good Written and Verbal Communication.
b. At least 2 years experience in working hands-on with MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008 or 2012 or 2014 or 2016.
c. Need to have good knowledge of RDBMS concepts & DB design.
d. Needs to be strong in writing Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Function and Triggers.
e. Hands-on experience in trouble-shooting and monitoring with SQL Profiler, troubleshooting tools and other related monitoring tools.
f. Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimisation.
g. Analyse requirement, develop/code the application as per the specification and coding standards.
h. Preparation of the Functional and technical specification document.
i. Understand programming well enough to learn new languages.
j. Coding and unit testing (Test Driven Development/Unit testing) and providing the quality output.
k. On time delivery.
l. Code refactoring and peer code reviews.
m. Hands on Technical experience with designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting database servers
n. Well versed in current software development practices and tools, including Virtual environments
Educational Qualifications:
a. BE/Btech or ME/MTech in Computer Science or related disciplines.
b. MCA
c. Relevant Microsoft Certification is a plus.
Secondary/Desired Skills:

a. Crystal Reports Development
b. SSRS report development using TSQL
c. SSIS ETL package development,
d. Knowledge of ASP.NET, VB/Java Script and XML/HTML/JSON will be an added advantage.
e. Build, deploy and test automation using commonly available tools
a. Health Care domain knowledge is an added advantage
b. Work on Agile and SCRUM methodologies
