Engagement & Salesforce Practice Manager
Overall Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce and related products in a solution/delivery capacity.
  • Total IT services or IT Products area experience – at least 10 years.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce domain – technological capabilities and Service Delivery
  • Creative bent of mind to apply the practice domain to business
  • Proven Capability to work with clients and drive solutions based new revenue
  • Strong communicator of oral and written work; good presentation skills
  • Strong influencer through bringing solutions to customers proactively and recommending new ideas/strategies.
  • Identify opportunity differentiators and create Win-Themes
  • Able to , estimate & price opportunities in Salesforce and related technologies
  • Participate actively in Salesforce related sales pursuits
  • Educate sales and delivery organizations on SF
  • Help jump start new projects working closely with the project team
  • Engage, activate, enable, ramp up and manage customers in implementing solutions through service offerings

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Account Plan jointly with sales team and sales strategies for the assigned accounts
  • Develop pipeline and support the sales team from identification to closure including client presentations etc.
  • Conduct mini-campaigns and sales pursuits within the account(s) allocated
  • Build relationship with key client executives
  • Position DISYS as key Thought Leader in Salesforce and related technology areas
  • Create and educate service offerings in the Salesforce domain area
  • Participate in sales pursuits jointly with BDEs and AEs
  • Be DISYS’s face as expert in Salesforce domain area

Key Performance Indicators (specifics to be finalized for each position)

  • Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets from allocated accounts and Salesforce practice
  • Salesforce Service Offerings Launches
  • Annual Revenue growth Targets ($1m)
  • Key meetings at Manager/Director/Executive level – 3 weekly
  • Market share gain for DISYS on an annual basis in allocated accounts
  • Help in new customers acquisition – quarterly
  • Number of Webinars and Seminars lead – annual
  • White papers published – annual
  • Number of proposals submitted – quarterly

Career Growth Opportunities: Good performance in this role which will include consistently exceeding revenue goals, successful acquisition of new Salesforce customers will qualify you to be promoted to Practice Director.
