Employee Data Management Candidate specification: Graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience in Employee Data Management from International BPO operations only. Should be flexible to work in any shift Role responsibilities Overall responsibility of delivering all agreed SLA / KPI for EDM Operations Identify & initiate Lean opportunities Building capacity for operations through training and coaching Develop knowledge database Manage processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with client retained organization for any delivery requirements
