E2E Testing Engineer
Exeperience: 6-10 Years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Design, development, execution and automation of functional and performance test plans for Evolved Packet Core (EPC) features on the Affirmed Networks solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in the software and hardware test environment on embedded systems.
The following qualifications are important:
Strong understanding of the QA process – test plan preparation, test tool identification and network design/implementation
Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies
Software Automation – scripting and/or programming using one of the following programming languages: Bash, Perl, Python, TCL, Rubywith LTE/ EPC & Automation, Designing to deployment experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of the Linux Operating System
Strong networking (TCP/IP, routing/switching, etc.) skills and ability to debug network problems
Previous experience with 3GPP and non-3GPP access technologies (ePDG/WAG/eNodeB/SGSN/MME/SGW/PGW) and EPC functions (AAA)
Familiarity with Linux, in particular Red Hat Linux 6/7.
Experience with testing with (ESXi, ISO, OVA, QCOW2, Openstack, etc.), Installation/Upgrade, etc. Required Skills
