The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has published the official notification for the recruitment of 567 vacancies for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Post Code – 812/2024) across various departments. Out of all the departments, the Women and Child Development Department holds the highest number of vacancies. i.e. 194. DSSSB MTS Selection Process
The DSSSB MTS Recruitment process 2024 is of 3 stages. These are the written exam, the skill or typing test, and the document verification stage. All three stages are equally important for a candidate. Let’s take a look at the nature of each stage.
- Written Examination: This level checks the knowledge and aptitude of the candidate which is a good parameter to decide whether he/she is suitable for the post.
- Skill or Typing Test: After clearing the written examination, candidates will be required to go through a skill or typing test according to different departments’ requirements.
- Document Verification: When candidates clear both levels of the exam, they are required to go through a verification process to confirm their eligibility and qualifications.
The final merit list is prepared according to the performance of the candidates in all the 3 levels of the recruitment process.

The first stage of the DSSSB MTS recruitment 2024 process is a written exam and this exam consists of 5 sections. Each section consists of 20 questions and each question carries 1 mark. - General Awareness- History, Polity, Science, Geography, Economics, Static GK and Current Affairs
- General Intelligence/Reasoning ability- Syllogism, Analogies, Blood relation, Direction Test, number series, decision making, problem-solving, seating arrangement, etc.
- Arithmetical and Numerical Ability- Number System, Percentage, Profit Loss, Time and Distance, Time and Work, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Mensuration, Data Interpretation, etc.
- Hindi Language and Comprehension- Grammar, Vocabulary, and comprehension
- English Language and comprehension- Grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
