Job Description:
Must have Skills – JAVA/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS.
Technology Skills:
1. Hands-on technical leader.
2. Expert in micro services, open source software, Java or .Net Core (preferably both).
3. Proven experience with AWS or Azure (preferably both).
4. Passionate about DevOps for Cloud, CI/CD, Cyber Defense and Agile.
5. Web and Mobile.
6. Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE,Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Python or Go Lang, PostgreSQL
7. Working experience with web technologies, micro services and micro front end
8. Strong expertise in design, development, and maintenance of distributed applications & systems
9. In depth knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, Kubernetes, etc., or Azure equivalents
10. Experience designing a Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment, including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, Azure equivalents
11. Experience designing cloud HA and DR strategies.
12. Experience designing and implementing cloud Dev Ops solutions including IAC.
Other Requirements:
1. Extensive, demonstrable experience building complex consumer facing digital products and internal facing systems across web and mobile applications in demanding environments.
2. Experience in a senior leadership position responsible for building, motivating and leading high performing engineering teams (25+) in Agile environments.
3. Prior experience of working for a multinational organization, and collaborating across global time zones.

  2. Ability to see the big picture but execute at the micro level, when required, with minimal supervision.
  3. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities and to redirect direct reports and teams towards new objectives.
