This is for Sitecore upgrade project

Responsibilities –
. Technically design and architect Sitecore based solutions, including logical and physical architecture of Sitecore capabilities Extensive experience in developing, building and delivering a variety of public facing websites and applications on the Sitecore platform.
. Expertise and experience in Project Planning, Sprint Execution, Effort Estimation and deployment activities.
. Strong understanding of the Sitecore platform (CMS and DMS) and the ability to identify and evaluate requirements.
. The .NET Framework including Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET MVC with an understanding of the basics of frontend technologies.
. Client-side browser technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Responsive Web Design, JQuery and other frontend development tools.
. Experienced in integration with third party systems like CRM, Salesforce, Legacy Systems with Sitecore using Webservices (SOAP/REST).
. Good knowledge on Digital Marketing Suite in Sitecore like Personalization, Campaign Manager, Goals and Events etc.
. Problem solving skills including troubleshooting and debugging and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
. Provide WCM strategy and thought leadership for clients and internal staff.
. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively
. The ability to focus on and understand client needs, anticipate needs and/or situations, and an aptitude for quality service delivery.
. Perform product and technology research and analysis to formulate solutions to client specific requirements.
. Experience with source control, work item tracking, and build management with Team Foundation Server, Git (or similar).
. Experience on Dev-ops
Experience:
. 10+ years of experience in Content Management Systems in general, with at least 6+ yrs of specific Sitecore experience required. Sitecore 9.X+ experience is ideal.
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 8 years of overall software development experience.
. Strong working knowledge of Sitecore platform (CMS and DMS).
. Experience designing modules and components
. Experience in end to end implementations of Sitecore
. Experience leading large d teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
. Experience conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions
. Relevant working experience including expertise in ‘Enterprise Architecture’ consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
. Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
. Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
. Experience on Sitecore 10.X is preferred
Good to have

. Prior consulting / contracting experience.
. Sitecore Certified.
