Job Responsibilities- Execute E2E logistic services on a digital platform. Handling customer interactions via email / Chat, booking and support Customer Service related queries as agreed in the scope. Process swift and defect free documentation to customers, ensure each document meets customer requirements as mentioned in SOP. Coordinate for operations with local vendor Representing the project as a FF/Logistic expert An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Experience in managing customer and performance driven Conflict management and Influencing Skills Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to process activities and task pertaining to ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team. Should be able to proactively resolve customer issues with high sense of urgency.
