Responsibilities
Perform story/task creation, prioritize and delegate
Manage the team including training, oversight, and deliverables
Motivate and support all team members
Define product goals and metrics
Report to Management on progress, deliverable schedules, staff progress, etc.
Create technical specifications for development requirements
Architect solutions for new features
Be responsible for code delivery and will be able to perform code reviews and approve merge requests
