Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Having experience in Installation, Development and administration of Oracle Hyperion Planning, HPCM and Essbase applications Version 11 and higher.
- Demonstrated experience with web forms and reports development.
- Experience in creating complex Hyperion business rules and calculation scripts.
- Experience with metadata extraction, load and updates.
- Experience with building, maintaining and enhancing Smart view ad-hoc reports.
- Experience with creating and troubleshooting Drill through reports.
- Experience translating business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs.
- Demonstrated experience performing highly complex software development activities strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Production system problem resolution and support skills.
- Hands on experience with Unix shell scripting and Linux.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Capable of handling multiple project simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.
- Experience in a business intelligence role with data warehouse design and dimensional modelling
- Ability to understand existing OBIEE RPD and Catalog design
- Oracle database modelling /programming experience
- Must have a thorough understanding of relational databases, be able to – create and read Entity Relationship Diagrams, and have experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL Programming language
- Experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence models as well as making changes to them is desirable
- Expert in using OBIEE Answers to create queries, format views, charts, and add user interactivity and dynamic content to enhance the use experience.
- Experience on working with OBIEE security both object level and data level
- Experience in SQL/PL SQL
- Must have handled minimum of 10 team members
- Hands on in Agile delivery models
- Basic knowledge in cloud infrastructure
